For your final
project you are to prepare a written report and presentation regarding a project
(pick one out of two).
Creating a AITP club and activities that the club can do (either 2 little ones
or 1 big one).
You can do a project
proposal
that can be done for a future ITMG 494.
At a minimum should include the following:
Description of the project
Description of the current project scenario along with possible change elements
Explanation of Risk and ROI scenario as well as Total Cost of Project with expected benefits
Information regarding change agents and stakeholders
Predicted Implementation measures
Method of assessment of project measurement of success
This report should be no longer than 8-15 pages, which can include screen snapshots of your ROI assessment, timelines and Project predictions. In addition you will prepare a presentation to the class regarding your findings and assessments.
