Adding a New User

In this procedure you will learn how to add a new user to the database. New user records are stored locally. The system automatically retrieves database records each night and adds them to the central database.

To add a new user:

  1. Open the Admin menu and select Users.
  2. Choose the Add User... button.
  3. Enter the necessary user information.
  4. Click the Save button to save the record.

Note: Make sure to enter a value in all of the user information fields. If you skip a field, the database will reject the record.
