Scenario Statement

Your college friend Justin Bieber owns a successful Mexican restaurant in Amarillo, TX. He tracks daily revenue for the lunch and dinner hours but needs your assistance to consolidate data for the entire year.

Specifically, he wants to compare:

               Quarterly totals by weekday
               Closer look at the 4^th Quarter Revenue

To accomplish this you will need to:

1.      Use VLOOKUP function to covert dates to weekdays and quarters

a.      You will need to use a NESTED WEEKDAY and a NESTED MONTH function

2.      Create a Pivot Table and Chart for Quarterly Revenue by Weekday for Lunch

3.      Create a Pivot Table and Chart for Quarterly Revenue by Weekday for Dinner

4.      Create a Pivot Table and Chart for Quarterly Revenue by Weekday for Lunch and Dinenr

5.      Create a Pivot Table and Chart for 4^th Quarter Daily Revenue Totals and Percent of Weekly Revenue
