Visual Example on how to send email to Dr. Rebman

 

Given the large number of students and multiple sections it will be very important that you send me emails to my carlr@sandiego.edu email account (NOT WEBCT) but they must be sent in a specific way in the subject line (failure to do so will result in your email being sent to a wrong file folder in my email program). For example I have my INBOX FOLDER but then I have a separate folder for each section of ITMG 100, specifically ITMG 100 07, ITMG 100 08, ITMG 100 09, ITMG 100 10, etc. So the beginning of your Subject needs to list your class/section exactly as shown (note misspellings and omitting spaces will result in your message not being filtered correctly)

 

AND THEN you would write out the subject matter of the email (ie Assignment/Question, etc)
